I would also really like to see the kids come back again as you had some great stories with them, but I also like your new stuff. Some are better than others, but humour is so selective and what I like, other might not.
It would be nice thou to see a coupe of mini stories done every now and again with the kids.
I’m not sure where your comics are going, but I like what I’m seeing. The kids’ adventures can only go so far.
The most recent set of comics reminds me of what I grew up reading in the Far Side and Bloom County. Not really an homage to either, but I can feel a similar vein. There is some continuity in the absurd jokes, but nothing that creates a true canon, unless there are common characters or themes already.
Keep it up.
I’ve got to agree with Tom, I got in to your comics when you had compelling story arcs. Was really fun to see how the latest one would push the plot. I hope you consider returning to that some day.
I’ve been reading your comic for years now. At the beginning, you had a great, serialized format dealing with the adventures that the kids got into. I don’t know whether you had a co-writer who left or if you perhaps decided to try something different, but the content became suddenly less interesting upon whatever caused that shift. Your artwork is still awesome, which is why I haven’t given up reading your comic, but I have to say that the subject matter has devolved into something that seems uninspired, fragmented, and somewhat boring.
Please don’t think that I mean any ill will in writing this, far from it. I just think you had something really great which changed (sadly). I’d like to see it change back, as I’m sure others would too. You have an unparalleled gift when it comes to your artistic talent; I just really miss the great storytelling.

I disagree with Tom. Your stories are such an interesting twist on reality. Love the work, keep being yourself!!
